Members with an expired add-on license will not be able to use the license.ArcGIS Enterprise is designed to expand the use of maps and GIS apps within organizations. Members with an expired user type will not be able to sign in. Upon the expiration of any license in your organization, you must unassign the expired license so your organization's members are only assigned valid licenses.
